Who we are
BLUPRT is a fractional Head of Design consultancy operated by Amadeus Rennalls. This policy explains what data we collect through bluprt.com and how we use it.
What we collect and why
When you book a call
We use Cal.com to handle scheduling. When you book a call, Cal.com collects:
Your name
Your email address
Your answers to booking questions (company website, company stage, and a short description of your design function)
We use this information to prepare for our conversation, qualify whether the engagement is a good fit, and follow up after the call. Cal.com processes this data on our behalf. You can read Cal.com's privacy policy at cal.com/privacy.
When you email us
If you email hello@bluprt.com, we receive your name, email address, and message content. We use this to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to follow up about working together.
When you visit the site
bluprt.com may collect basic analytics data including:
Pages visited
Time on site
Referring URL
Device type and browser
This data is aggregated and anonymous. We do not use it to identify individual visitors. If we use an analytics tool (such as Plausible, Fathom, or similar), it will be a privacy-focused, cookie-free service.
What we do not collect
We do not use tracking cookies or retargeting pixels.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We do not collect payment information through the website.
How we store your data
Booking data is stored by Cal.com on their infrastructure. Email correspondence is stored in our email provider. We do not maintain a separate database of personal data.
We retain your data for as long as it is relevant to an active enquiry or engagement. If you'd like us to delete your data, email hello@bluprt.com and we will do so within 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Object to processing of your data
Request a copy of your data in a portable format
